About the program
Individuals who are responsible for instructing others through roles in project management, professional training and team leadership will hone their skills through the Instructional Systems Technology (IST) master’s degree program. Practitioners in the field of instructional technology build and test processes, products, and services that are ready for operational use in education and training settings. Graduates from this program typically assume design and/or development roles in public and private organizations involved in one or more aspects of instructional technology.
This thirty-six (36) credit hour program consists of twelve graduate level courses, which are generally spread over a three-year period. Up to nine of these credit hours may be transferred from other institutions if the coursework fits into your overall goals and the program structure. Advisors are available to discuss your career goals and potential transfer of completed course credits.
